- Bulgarian Circle 10 1989
- Waffen Werks Knoxville, TN
- This originally had bulgarian wood furniture, but I wanted it to be period correct for a 1989 gun. It has a US NDS reciever, US barrel, tapco g2 fcg, so I put a US made follower on it so I could use the original furniture with the bulgarian brown/pink pistol grip. I have a matching circle 10 makarov that is also from 1989. Both guns are unissued and from the final year of the Warsaw pact.

Thats an awesome set of pics!

Finslayer83 and others interested in pics. I am currently bidding on a Izhmash 1988 AK74 kit with a virgin Bulgarian barrel. I'll update the post in a few hours if I won the auction.

I won't be able to make the competiton for this month and good luck to those who posted. My plan is to purchase a receiver from 74LLU and send it to either Mario at POHF or Chris at AKUSA.

Cheers -

Have you donated to your local volunteer fire department lately?

Oooh, ooh, can I play? Am I too late?

Country of Origin: Bulgaria (OOW receiver)
Builder: Ohio Rapid Fire
Theme: No real theme, just a run of the mill Bulgarian parts kit on an OOW receiver
Story: I liked the rifle as built, but I was not impressed with the finish. As delivered it had a parked receiver and top cover, but the rest of the rifle was painted. I finally decided to refinish it. I used the Duracoat HK black and added plum furniture. I think it's a much nicer looking rifle now.

Mine is an SGL-31-94 with Russian tan sling. Shooting at steel at approximately 700yds (with good results).

what's it going to be for this month?
You got to choke it before you can start it.
