They do lock up solid and mine fit without issues. You still will NOT have a cheek weld, its more of a lower jaw thing.

A quick search would have yielded an answer to your question in more detail than you probably would have received. Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. You teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. ETA: Got the old addage wrong... ![]() |

nframe, I wouldn't get one if I were you, you won't like it. Unlike you, it's strong and reliable, well manored and does it's job without fanfare.

This is exactly what I'd expect from this forum. I will not ask any more questions of you experts, and how the hell is "professor" name calling? Seriously. Now that's name calling

Like any folder, the Beryl has good and bad that come with it... here is an honest review, plus a few things you may not have thought about.
The Good: Locks up SOLID More comfortable cheek weld than a wirefolder Single point sling attachment (!) Nice rubber pad on the back Easy to fold EASY to install No permanent modifications to your rifle The Bad: Adds over a pound of weight to your Arsenal - Note, the weight is added to the back of the rifle. If you have optics and a light on the front, it will probably balance nicely. Haven't tried this yet. SHORT length of pull, the beryl stock is actually shorter than the warsaw length AK stocks. What does all of this mean? Well, with a Beryl you get the good and the bad. You will be adding a substantial amount of weight to your rifle, but this can be a good thing depending on your set up. An arsenal rifle with a polymer stock and lights/optics in the front is very off balance. In addition, the Beryl provides a convenient single point sling, a major plus (and a $40 cost savings) for anybody wanting to run that set up. Hope this helps OP! |

The Polish Tantal and Beryl stocks were designed with a shorter LoP to be used in conjunction with body armor.
