Normally I'd agree with you.... But the last 2 were a wealth of information. I still can't find this year's issue though.

Thanks for the link. $10 shipped to my door is a good deal IMO.

ETA: how long has guns and ammo been doing the complete book of the AK?

I got mine last night. honestly I'm really disappointed so far. atleast 1/2 the magazine is retreads from last year. Another review of the Centurian 39. Look I know century pays for advertisements but seriously this was covered LAST YEAR. Nothing at all about the M+M M10s. Another soviet night vision article? another article on accurate AKs from Krebs?

nothing on the m10, nothing on the AK12, nothing on new gear or optics or optics mounts(ofwhich several have come out in the last year) nothing on AK suppressors. no how to or DIY articles.

Both of his articles were well written and he was training people with AK's before it was popular. Why wouldn't he have an article is my question? He and his instructors have probably taught more AK classes than all the other training companies put together.

Got to agree, I got mine on lunch break today. I wished I would have spent the money on ammo instead. Out of the 3 issues I own this is the worst.
Save your money guys.

I take it your talking about gabe?

Do some reading at www.warriortalk.com and pay special attention to his posts.

He's the most arrogant person I've ever read.

Yeah, I got mine tonight, and I'm a bit disappointed as well. I guess there's nothing new to write about in the AK market. How about an article about 5.56 AK's, or supressed AK's?

The AK on the cover....it's just not for me. We already know Marc Kreb's life story, so stop with the filer. I'm not spending $2000 for an unwieldy looking AK. If you like it, that's cool. I just don't see why we needed another article about it.

That's me on pg 72 shooting my AK104 SBR in the maroon shirt advancing to the threat!

Sonny P's classes are completely out of the box and will forcibly remove the nightshades from your eyes! This type of training will greatly help you get rid of strict dogma rules. The class is physically demanding so know that you will most likely stay in the extended pushup position knuckles down on the rocks for at few minutes at a time while Sonny speaks. That is how the class began, pain indoctrination and a quick wakeup call for those who need to get in shape.

I'v used the AK as my primary weapon platform since 1990 and this was not the first course I’ve had from Sonny P. This latest course was updated considerably since the last course 5-6 years ago.

In my opinion, Sonny is always evolving and will be the first to tell you keep an open mind. Get out of the strict dogma and you will be amazed at how quick your shooting/moving skills will improve.

I know that crazy guy in the foreground. Hell of a guy and a really good shooter and he's also a firearms instructor. He was in one of the last AK magazines as well.

I picked up a copy and it does have some good info but like stated before the weakest issue in a long time, but hey sell it next year and get your money back on ebay.lol
next year we need to submit some ideas, like combloc optics , combloc ammo and how to read the number codes , something on suppressors would be nice, maybe some install articles like riveting a sight rail on ect
