Does anyone know where I could get a bayonet for the bayonet lug or accessory lug on my AK?

Try Apex or Desert Fox. You'll also find lots of them floating around on the marketplaces of various boards, including the EE here.

Apex gun parts has a Polish bipod for ~$100 that attaches to the barrel in front of the hand guard.
