If I order one from Kalinka, how long would it take to get here? Would it be easier / cheaper just to find a used one?
Really hankering to turn my SLR 104FR into an AK 74M clone. Externally, anyways...

You could have got a 1P78 for that price, which is a much better optic IMO. Anyway, the 1P29 is still cool.

Yeah, I've heard they're better; but, I ordered it mostly because I thought they were neat when I first saw them. If I were going to choose something based upon performance, I'd probably just pick up a used TA01, TA01NSN or TA31 off the EE. Then get one of the RS Regulate AKOG mounts. |
