Can't seem to find out which magwell adapter this is, can you help me out?

Also, if you know which one it is, are they GTG?

Looks kinda like a TexasAK Designs adapter to me.

Osprey, do they have a good rep as being reliable?.... Do they use a Last Round Bolt Hold Open?...... Anything bad about them in particular?
