Larue, or American Defense mount.
Not a fan of the tab and lever of the ADM mount. I dig the Larue lever since you pull the lever out and then open the lever. Don't like the press, then pull method of the ADM. |

Aimpoint makes a kit to turn your standard mount into a qd mount, I run one on an H1, no issues and it's only like $35 to $40. Just google 'aimpoint lrp kit' and you'll see links to buy it on amazon, midway, etc.
