Looks like LHV47 hand guard. That particular one may be Zenit. The rail is a little longer than the LHV.

It's made by STK. They are a Russian small arms accessory manufacturer, but they may have gone out of business or scaled back significantly.
Edit: They also made this stock, though currently out of production.

how do you like that handguard TX-Zen? does it have a heat shield?

It does have a heatshield,and I really liked the STK but it's quite heavy. It's a very sturdy design and one that will take a beating. I semi sorta wish I hadn't sold it but not enough to make me want to get another.
These days I prefer the ZenitCo railed HG which is light and IMO the best AK railed HG I've seen yet |
