Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Scope Mount for N-Pap

Ok fellows. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I bought the mount in the Ebay link and can't figure out how to get it on. I'm guessing it just slides on like other mounts I've had but it slides on so far then it stops. Any help would be appreciated!!

I was able to get it on not by sliding it on but placing it over the cut-out and then used the locking lever to lock it. It is stable and solid but I'm still not sure it's on right. Check out the pic and let me know if its on like it should be.

A bit of grinding/dremel work is required for that mount to slide all the way foward on NPAP side rails.

Also... You lift up and loosen the nut on the mount so that the mount will slide on from the back...
