Have heard good things about the PK-01V. Can anyone tell me if theis will fit my WASR side rail. It says for SVD but pic looks like it would work.

Yep, it has a "universal" clamp designed to fit both AK and SVD style side rails.

Got the PK-01 in and it mounts up but does not not seem to lock-up very well. The mount on my WASR has a squared out center portion on the side rail and the mount on the optic has more of a rolled out (half circle) center portion that locks the mount. Does this sound normal?
