Got an arsenal sam7sf and also purchased a Kvar sm-13 side mount and a primary arms micro dot with a fixed base (ordered).

Is there any type of riser required for this set up? I am new to the AK world. Thanks in advance!

No riser needed or wanted.  Unlike an AR, on an AK you want to get that optic as low on the rifle as possible for a decent cheek weld.
