...I had this trouble as well.
Put the peep site in a vice and tighten it up very lightly and carefully. If you crimp too much, you won't be able to slide the peep site back onto the rail . This is what TWS told me to do with mine and it worked...just don't over-do it. |

I just used some channel lock pliers and mine tightened right up.
Also, holy capslock batman! |

MARY AT TWS SAYS TO TIGHTING THE BOLT ON PEEP SIGHT,SUPER TIGHT.WORKED LIKE A CHARM.REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS SET UP.CHEERS TO ALL FOR THE INFO.
