THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT also this thing shoots 1/2 foot left at 100yds so i am looking into adjusting that for him too and would appreciate any tips. Thanks in advance for any help!

If you want to add the wood you're going to have to do a conversion on the front end of the rifle. There's a few different ways to accomplish this, just check around, saiga-12.com is a good place to start. For the sight adjustment you'll have to drift the barrel holding the sight pin in place.
