Hey Guys, sorry for the delays in getting your rigs out! I have been having some growing pains and it’s slowing production a lot. Between the supplier issues, being a small shop and my stupid computer I have been struggling to get orders out in a timely manner. I am truly sorry for that. The last year has been rough with the loss of two family members, a move and a mountain of BS. But I am working diligently to catch up and get you guys your gear. Hater, I’ve been getting the run around from my Multicam webbing supplier. They were supposed to get me edge binding tape weeks ago but evey time I call they say it’ll go out "next week”. I have gotten every other type of Multicam webbing from them, just no edge tape (for the flaps). I have found a supplier that has 1” Multicam edge binding though and it’s on its way (UPS tracking says it’ll be here Wednesday). That’s what’s taking your order so long. I’ll sew your order up as the same time as I do markfall’s rig (same thread color) so it’ll go out at the week as well. I received my shipping notification. Thanks for getting this back on track. |

I’m at a 4 week turnaround right now. I am switching from a “build it when you order it” to actually having a stock of the popular rigs on hand. Last year was a rough one with a move, two deaths in the family and vender issues. But I am finally getting to where I need to be and getting over the growing pains of a small business, especially a custom tactical gear company. I appreciate the support from the loyal customers.
The website has been up long enough now that I can actually get good enough data to know what Items I need to stock rather than try to build every order as it comes in (change in business model). This should drop the turnaround on most orders to a just the shipping time (3-4 days) rather than having to wait for me to sew it up. Custom or “Non stocking items” should have a much quicker turnaround time as well. 4-6 week turnaround time is STANDARD in the Tactical gear industry for custom gear and much longer waits can be found with some of the more popular small guys. But I understand the average customer wants their gear in a much timelier manner. So I will be stock the popular rigs in the popular colors (Operator, Chicom, Kalashnikov Gunfighter’s in OD, Multicam, Coyote Brown as well as the full range of AK pouches in the colors stated). I will have this in place by the end of July. |

I will have this in place by the end of July. So In January 2012 I ordered a vest from Colin. It was just the standard Chicom vest in Woodland. I received the vest on March 15th, I knew it would take between 6 to 8 weeks so I was not supprised that it took alittle over 2 months to get the vest. I was very please with it when I recieved it. About 2 weeks ago me and my wife walked out to the mail box and there was a secound package from 7.62 tactical. In it was another brand new vest from 7.62 tactical. I knew that there must have been a mistake, so I called Colin up on the phone and informed him that he had sent me a secound vest by mistake and that I wanted to return it so he would not be at a loss for the vest. He explained that computer showed that I had not received my original order but I assured him that I had. I mailed the vest back to him last week. I have enjoyed my original vest very much and I would definately recommened that people in the market get one just understand somtimes there may be a wait. Just wanted to share my experince with you guys. YMMV
