doesn't look like it. The bottom of the scope is at the top of the rear site.

Just recently put this setup on my rifle, and I'm still falling in love with its hideous beauty!

I'm loving this setup!  Trijicon TA26SG-10 1.5 power Acog.  Mount allows for a perfect cheek weld to the rifle.  So far, the TWS Dog Leg has held it's zero after repeated opening and closing tests.

Everyone in the world has a phone with a video camera on it but not one single video ever made of a 5 shot 1" group with an AK. I highly doubt 20 shot group with tula 7.62x39 at 150 yards inside 1.5". I make videos and upload right at range straight to youtube.

.308 Vepr got a new scope, Redfield's new Revolution/Tac MOA held up by a RS AK-303/AKR mount with Warne rings.

The PSL got the scope from the Vepr, a Weaver Super Slam 1.5-6x24 in a RS AK-303/AKM mount.

Stock has to go as the magnifier requires a shorter eye relief and higher cheek weld. Changing front to rail type to accommodate Surefire.

Remainder of the accessories came yesterday....Stay tuned!

Looks like one of the Midwest Industries knockoff's (I'm partial to them BTW) that has had the front half of the rail section and braces cut off.

This is version of Kashtan I havent seen before - market C2-1, so its supposed to be civilian, mount is 1cm further from shooters eye than the most prolific in US but also this one has Military reticule... Thats Kalinka for you - never know what you gonna get!

Just picked up a Midwest Industries mini dot mount and mounted a Primary
Arms MD-06L on my 7.62 Saiga. My initial impressions are good, it mounted easy and seems secure, although there seems to be some up and down movement of the part that the red dot is mounted on, I really need
to get to the range and see how well it holds up.

Just got my new 107FR in plum.Added a RS Regulate AK301,AKML mount, and an Aimpoint R1 micro red dot, and a Russian Mustard sling with a sling quiet on the clasp.

Did a little Rit Dye job on the US Palm grip and the Micro cover.

**Update- Added 3 teaspoons of dark brown Rit Dye to make the micro cover more plum than it originally came out.

Has anybody had any luck getting a co-witness with the TWS top rail and a compact red dot sight?  I have fiddled with it for hours and cannot get it. Should I just get a bore sight  and do it that way?

I have a few AR's and I have very little experience with AK's. Thank you. This will save me some time.

Thank you again

I had lower 1/3rd with a Vortex SPARC when mounted on a TWS Dog Leg topcover; there are a few others you can do it with, and TWS makes a topcover with a mount for a primary arms MD-06 to co witness.
If you google "tws dogleg cowitness" you'll find plenty of pictures and options for optics.

I had issues with the MI scope mount not sitting high enough and the scope zoom ring hitting the dust cover . After putting some brains into this thing I finally figured out how to raise the scope mount up enough to give it some room and clear now. I know MI builds good stuff but they really need to figure out how to make it work with all AK's even if the tolerances are off a bit . Im not bashing them, but a $0.20 shim could make users alot happier with their product instead of leaving them to figure it out themselves
.
