Which finish?  I have three different kinds of Bulgarian mags, so not sure which ones you mean.

Sme one found on the arsenal aks. The baked on dura-paint.

Arsenal of Bulgaria's AKs just use a basic lacquer over park. Surplus AKs will vary in finish depending on whether they've been re-arsenaled or pre-owned.
