They filed them towards the front of the mag and sloped some black paint on them.
They didnt work, once you loaded 5-6 rds in them they would F--k up and you could shake the rds out.? What they needed was the Robinson Arms 5.56 followers

By any chance do u know will they run 545 reliably?

I can't think of reason why not, Centry just removed a liltle material do to the different shape of thr 5.56.

What above posters said. They will run 5.45 just fine. To run 5.56 they really need the RA followers that are no longer in production. I converted tons of these back in the days of $250 SAR3s.
