It says "OTK 47", now I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be a first year manufacture but admittedly I don't know much about them? I thought bakelite mags were later production?

It also says "78" on the bottom, that would make more sense I think.

OTK stamps are government acceptance stamps and the number cast into the mag is the mold number. There could be other ink stamps on the mag designating its use or issue to other units/countries.

There is one other stamp but I can't remember what it was at the moment, I'll post later.

There is also a "PR" in a square stamped on it.
