We are currently testing some new AK 74 95 Round Dual Drum mags , so far they have worked very well and looks like they will also be affordable in comparison with other 74 Drum options.

You can preorder this drum at Arms of America and Atlantic Firearms for $135. They are saying delivery will hopefully be before Christmas.

Silicone parts are made for toys.
I have yet to find to find a beta type that worked without issues. Why dk you think they all include graphite? |

We did a local purchase on some and had Beta C send some to us for evals years ago when I was working for the DOD. They were fun and were okay in a range environment but I wouldn't trust them with my life. Drop one loaded on pavement and they're done. Personally, drums are a novelty. |

In the mid-90's, I saw an unloaded M16A1 with an empty C-Mag inserted into the mag well fall of of the bench, landing on the concrete. The "Tower" part of the magazine shattered, sending the internals in all directions. I hope the materials used today in this mag have improved since the old days.

Just got one of these last week and it seems really tight when it's being removed from the weapon. Anybody think it would hurt to take a little emory cloth to the sides of the tower?
