I'm trying to hold out for the bakelites whenever they get there... these are some cool looking magazines, though, and a great price.

I ordered mix of the Euro and Yugo mags. For that price you can't go wrong.

Is this the best price going for steel mags ?
Love Aim, but last time I ordered 10 for the plastic Polish mags the hit me for $17.38 shipping. What are you paying on shipping costs for the steel mags? |

How are good are these compared to the Chinese smooth backs. Is it more of a appearance thing? Im still trying to learn about the AK so please excuse my ignorance.

I would say these are better then the smooth backs. The smooth backs are well made but there edges are sharp .

I bought 15. They shipped Monday and arrived today. The Yugo ones were covered in cosmoline and in good shape. The Euro ones look to be a mix of Polish and Romanian and are also in good shape.
I forgot I registered here until last year hence my low post count. Plus I don't have much wisdom to offer on AR's. |

Just got 6, I'm happy with them. A few look brand new and the others are a little worn but completely serviceable. Now I just want to figure out who made them.
