Hornaday Steel Case 7.62 with a red tipped ballistic point bullet...
http://www.hornady.com/store/7.62X39-123-gr-SST The stuff I looked at was Copper with the Red Tipped Bullet

The Hornady I checked out WAS all Copper Colored. Only the Red Polymer tip was not...
The pictures show a gray case, but the boxes I personally handled and checked out all had a COPPER washed steel case. Comes in a Red box of 50. Should have grabbed a few last time I was in LGS just to set aside for Whatever & Whenever BIGGER_HAMMER

Red tipped in that caliber, if military, indicates an incendiary bullet. Black/red is armor piercing incendiary.
