My Herters from Cabelas has a Wolf headstamp.

Herters is a Cabelas house brand. I think they buy ammo for Herters from everywhere.
I have a sneaking suspicion their 9mm 115gr is S&B 9mm 115gr. Same box and packing type, and same bronze/brass bullet type. I like it because it seems a bit hotter than most of our domestic ammo, I think it's produced to Euro CIP specs. |

Herters 7.62x39 (steel cased) is rebranded Tula. Herter's Select 7.62x39 is rebranded S&B.

I bought Herters 7.62x39 from Cabelas a couple years ago. It looked exactly like Tula except they had extremely rough case mouths and caused feeding issues. Like they weren't de-burred at all after being trimmed to length. The Tula I already had got shot that day. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch of Herters or if they skipped a step for the re-branded stuff.
