Can anyone identify this ammo?  Head stamp is marked 04 @ 12:00 o'clock and 67 @ 6:00 o'clock

Thank you for the ID!

I've had this ammo for several years, made a trade for some 9mm and the guy tossed it in.  1967, it's been setting around for 47 years, seems a shame to shoot it, would I be correct to assume it is corrosive?

Any collector value?

Corrosive, steel core, no real collector value, but it is interesting and in an earlier box vs. the 10 rd. mini-packs of later years. Good trade stock for someone who desires steel core 7.62. Lot number indicates that it was loaded in 1968. Not unusual for head stamp years to be a year behind or ahead the actual load date...
