Atlantic Arms has cases of RAS 122 gr FMJ in stock for $359 + $25 shipping. I'm not sure if they charge tax too, I haven't ordered from them:

Now that I've successfully ordered from AmmunitionStore, I'm a little more comfortable recommending them. Reasonable shipping, no tax, and good customer service. They have a good assortment of 7.62x39, with some cases ranging from just under to a little over 40 cents / round. They say that if you see the listing and can add it to your cart, that means it's in stock. I haven't thoroughly tested that, but I did have something that went out of stock a couple weeks ago while it was in my cart, and it wouldn't let me check out until I removed it:
