It should be noted that Wolf had a 16-20% increase in price to it's distributors effective 4-14-09. I don't think they protect orders in house at the time of the increase. So, SG keeps missing the pirce increases and selling Wolf at cost or below. Bad for them, good for us. Distributors on top of it will go up accordingly. I think the Russians know the market is driven by millions of new cusomers who don't know $300/1000 is a very bad price so they keep going up. God forbid if BHO starts asking taking about banning guns and ammo.
Finally, I don't think Barnaul is coming anytime soon. Didn't they get whacked for some deal to somebody???? |

I hadn't heard about this. What happened to Barnaul? Metal prices are down 50% if not more, fuel is down 50%, but ammo is up 50%, lol. Before the election people were dropping ammo prices - remember Academy selling 1K of Barnaul just a few months ago for $150? Demand is an interesting thing. |

Just ordered that SPG wolf, 1/k. Got my wolf HP from them few weeks back. Think im done with ak ammo for a bit lol. MIght even split this 1k with a guy. Would like a lot more ammo to rec shoot weekly but
 cost. .22 is getting a lot od use though :D

its because Wolf had a price increase, but in typical SPG they are a month late in raising the price.
BUT they 99% of the time honor the price....EVEN if they lose $, they honor it, i have seen them do it 110 times before. |

I purchased mine at $216 on Tuesday, buy my card was charged $320. I called today to dispute the charge.
Check your bank statements. It seems to me, that with the automated invoicing/billing systems they use, it must take human intervention to make a change like that. |
