Best deal going today if you need Brass Ammo:
AX9X-103658 Sportman's Guide $166 (club price) per 500rd - Middle East? Surplus. Not bad if you have to have Brass for some reason (local Range Policy?), probably better than Yugo and cheaper. |

But that's as cheap as what some crazy people are charging for steel cased. Here's a link. http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=537685 It's on backorder with a May 18th ship date. The picture they have up looks just like the Egyptian that I have. What I have looks like it's been burried in the sand for about a century, but seems to shoot ok. |

Why did ammo get so expensive ? Where i live they want $499 for 1000 rounds. That is just dang crazy. Last time i purchased 7.62x39 it was $189 for a thousand and i thought that was way rediculous.

Demand, plain and simple. Truth be told, I don't shoot my AK anymore. Until prices fall back below 200/k, I won't be buying either. |

Cope's are good people I like to deal with them. It has been on sale for $279.99 for a couple of weeks. I don't care who you order it from or if you don't order any, less people buy it more it has to be put on sale to move it. |

Sportsmans Guide is showing that they are selling 240 rounds of Wolf MC 124 gr HP for $54.97 ($52.22 club price). That comes out to about 22-23 cents per round before shipping. Best deal I have seen since the Barnaul give-away. They are showing that they are backordered right now, but expected October 1.
As an aside, the price shown for 500 rounds is $154.97. You'd be MUCH better off ordering multiple quantiites of the 240 round deal than ordering the 500 or 1000 round lots. http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=323048 |

The Sales Tax bullshit, since there is a Cabelas in PA sucks. I've cut way back on buying from them over this. Hell, Wheeling is closer for me than the PA Store. |

Just ordered Brown Bear Spam Can - 123gr FMJ LC/BE/NC (700 rds) from Military Shooters, LLC yesterday morning for $179.99 + postage and it's on its' way already. According to UPS tracking I should have it Thursday. Great service !!! I used the ammo finder from the top of the page to find it. When I went directly to Military Shooters LLC web site it wasn't listed, but when I went to the deal from our site it went through without a hitch.
