No.

An AK barrel is .585" at the front sight block. Source

5/8x24 needs .675" diameter to be threaded.
3/4x24 needs .825" diameter to be threaded.

you may be able to find an adapter, or have the threads turned off and have an adapter pined/welded on. Depends on how much work/$ you want to put in it.
