If you order it from any source that mails or ships it to you there will be a hazardous materials fee.
As far as I know, only Brownell's sell it. |

I've ordered this and there's no fees for ORMD stuff, it will ship ground UPS and the box would be marked ORMD. Cannot be shipped outside continental US.

AFAIK only Brownell's sells it. They always fuck you over on shipping. When I do buy from them I try to buy other things I need and spread out the shipping cost. Got any buddies that need anything.
