Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for Smith to change barrel

Have a Bulgy AK 74 with US non chrome barrel, would like to get the barrel changed out. Looking for a smith who can do this. Location is SW Oregon, but if none semi local can be found, willing to ship. Anyone know of places/persons who have to tools to change the barrel and headspace it for me? Thanks
