Picked up a used EAA single action revolver in nickel yesterday, fairly dirty but a great deal.

Soaked the bore and both cylinders in Boretech and let sit for 30 min, everything cleaned up really well but there is a slight discoloration on the cylinders where they sat in the liquid.

I can't pick it in photos but it's definitely there.

Anyone else have this?

Not sure if you mean NIB (Nickel Boron) if so, then yes, that shit stains if you stare at it too long...   :P

My AR Bolts are NIB and it bothered me at first, but since it first happened after 400 rds, I just say, "eh.. who cares"
