I utilize my gun room as a double for cleaning my guns. i use aerosol cans and oils (solvents). Its in a small room with no windows or vents.
My question is what would be the best way to circulate the air around and out of the room. Would a fan do the trick?

I have a very small room that I plan on turning into my gun cleaning/etc. room.  I plan on putting a bathroom vent fan in the ceiling and ducting it out the wall.  Should help draw fresh air into the room and vent out contaminated.

Do not use toxic liquids in your sonic cleaner.
And you need ventilation. Absolutely.
