Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Cleaning CLP off lettering

While cleaning my AR I got some CLP on the white lettering. What is the best thing to use to get it off so the white lettering comes back?

Maybe just dab it up with an absorptive cloth or paper towel. Don't scrub or rub it. Good news is it's just lettering and won't effect the rifles performance :) you can also use white nail polish to re-letter the engraved words if the paint does come off with the CLP.

Fyi: you can always clean thethem out and redo early.

Spikes actually just uses model paint in a syringe to color theirs.
