Does anyone have a spreadsheet of parts they keep for maintenance items?

At minimum you should keep some takedown detents and springs since they are so easy to loose but I tell people to just buy a spare lower parts kit and forget you have it unless something breaks.

If you go the LPK route, you will want to add a set of gas rings for the bolt.  They are easy to damage or loose when cleaning the bolt.
The other option is to just buy a spare parts kit, it is less expensive than the LPK as it doesn't include the trigger assembly, but it does have all the springs and pins as well as the firing pin and gas rings.

What is the target audience? Personal use, dept/class use, or larger?

I would keep at a minimum a sizeable amount of gas rings, some extractor springs, firing pin retaining pins, cam pin(s), firing pin(s), extractor(s), and a handful of trigger/hammersprings.
Along with some mag releases, pivot pins, detents/springs, and some extra front sight posts.
A couple hammer/trigger pins are nice to have if one breaks too.
You might want a carrier key repair tool, or a spare key and some screws at the extreme.
Maybe an extra BCG to rob parts out if needed?

I am laughing because I do the same and maybe a little more for some parts.

I meant 3 extra whole rifles.

I have the 3 extra rifles and enough spare parts to assemble another 3 or 4.
