the release is been adjusted a few times... mags changed out a few times..

I load a mag ( magpul, alum ones, gi issue) fire a few rounds.. mag falls out..

does this with EVERYTHING....

mag catch jacked up? and replace it ?? or??

Replace it.  Cheap way to rule it out.
