Just bought a windom 7.62x39 ar.Before delivery I had them renove the front gas piece and replace it with a regular ar front sight .I shoot all my ar with the old style iron sights.IThe gun shoots beautiful 1" groups at 50 yards BUT it groups 12' high. lowered the rear and moved the front sight up but still shoots very high.Any sugestions?

I'm hoping you mean 12" (inches) rather than the 12' in your post.

Sounds like the rear site on your weapon isn't height matched for the front site you made them put on it. Don't know how the conversation went when you made the change, but suggest you talk to them first before you start changing the rear site. Seller may cut you a deal on a matching rear site.
