I've been having intermittent feeding issue where one out of several rounds will not seat into the chamber.
This happens about 4-6 times per 30 round mag.
So I cycled the magazine with CH, and same thing getting FTF every several rounds.
I tried heavier buffer, different magazines, and even a working lower from another AR.
One thing I haven't tried that I think may fix this is a heavier spring.
Before I buy one, am I on the right track?

Yes, I did the same on my rifle and no problem at all firing or cycling with CH.
And tried Federal 55g, 62g and ZQI 55g, all same.
It's like letting CH handle fly doesn't have enough spring pressure, perhaps.
I even tried different carbine spring from working rifle but didn't fix the issue.

I think I may have fixed the problem.
Took a PSA Aluminum mag and dremeled two small feed ramps on the top of inside front edge.
Passed the charging handle cycling test of full mag without jamming.
Hopefully get off work early on Friday and test it at the range.
