I encountered this show stopper while firing BH 168gr BTHP through an LMT MWS. It was jammed into the chamber face and wouldn't let the bolt lock in place. I had to remove it with a knife.

Primer anvil from a blown primer.
P.S, now that you found the anvil piece of the blow primer, might want to pull the FCG to see if the cup section is hiding under the trigger. |
