I'm having an issue with my bushmaster ar not wanting to eject by hand. It ejects fine when fired but even after cleaning multiple times it still sticking but only when a round is chambered. With no round chambered every thing moves nice and smooth. Anyone ever had this issue?

Pretty normal for new rifles in my experience. Make sure to use a chamber brush when cleaning, and shoot it some more.
This is like O. Henry and Alanis Morissette had a baby and named it this exact situation.

This one is not new its about 2 years old and I've put somewhere in the neighborhood of 7-8 thousand rounds through it. This just started a few days ago. Any chance this is a sign I may need a new barrel sometime soon.

If it is sticking with reloaded cases the die may not be adjusted correctly.

Good idea I haven't really checked my dies in a while they are a little old.

Definitely sounds like an ammo issue, especially if you're using reloads. A heavily used barrel will group poorly because the throat is wearing out, so chambering wouldn't become more difficult.

Doubt very much that you have worn the sizers at all, but instead the press has a tad more slop in it, causing for the cases not to be fully sized correctly (base of the sizer kissing the shell holder under ram tension). Also, may be time to unify trim the case again, and even to double check bullet crimping since only a light amount is what you want, with heavy bullet crimping most likely bucking the cases at the shoulder area (read test ammo gauge is your best friend when it comes to reloads and double checking them).

7-8k rounds is nothing for a chrome lined barrel.

I would check the case length and look for marks of rifling on the neck
