THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT I am looking at the 3.5 pound yellow trigger and hammer springs. The red hammer spring is suggested by JP for AR10 to avoid light hammer strikes but not sure if it is necessary. May have to use the stock hammer spring with JP yellow trigger spring if I have problems. |

I have one and used the red spring. The most difficult part was doing the tuning. Very nerve wracking.
Having to file, put it together, and take it apart several times to get it right. I didn't buy the screw adjustable type. Other than that works great once you got it set. I'm pretty sure the weight will be close to your liking. |

David Tubb Chrome Silicon springs or go home.
And that's all I have to say about that. |

JP yellow 3.5 pound springs worked great. Noticeable improvement. No light primer strikes on AR10 with PMC ammo. Well worth the $8 I spent.

I had the 4-4.5 single stage JP put in by them (came with detailed instructional CD, which convinced me that it was worth the extra bucks for them to do it). I love it! breaks like a glass pipet!
I think they now have an easy "drop-in" kit these days, but I haven't checked in a while. Oh yea, I put this in an AR10 A4 Carbine....very content! |

Did a set of JP springs in a DPMS a while ago. Got it down to about 4.5 pounds. Just put in the whole JP trigger. Have to get the pull weight checked, but it's noticeably lighter and breaks clean. I do recommend at least the springs. Easy to change, took me about 5 minutes.
