Does the jacks lower require a specific safety detent? Mine does not go all the way in. Seems like it was only milled about half of the way out. Attached are pictures for reference.

Have you called the manufacturer?  Tried another detent?

I have had bad dealings with spikes in the past and yes I tried another detent. I called Primary Arms and they stated its not milled out correctly. They told me to call and talk to Mark due to my previous issues.  I just

did not want to call anyone if it was just me being a dumbass if it needing some sort of special detent pin.
