Going to build a 5.56 AR15 but living in MD we now have the bizarre law that it either has to be marked HBAR or be advertised as heavy. Want a 16'' chrome lined. Ideas?

Check out engage armament in Rockville. They sell white oak barrels stamped hbar. Mine and a friend's are both shooting 1/2 moa

Other than the 1-9" twist, I still like my RRA HBAR.

Damn accurate, coyotes hate it.
