I bought a retro early M16 chrome bolt head but it is missing the ejector and related parts. Thanks!

Young Manufacturing make 's chrome plated bolts so you might be able to get chrome plated parts from them.

Sionics Weapon Systems sells NP3 Coated-Bolt Rebuild Kit with Tool Steel Extractor, Extractor Pin, Ejector all NP3 coated.
