Is there a difference between the Rainier Arms and Fortis Switch Mlok Rails?
Does anybody have any experience with either? They look quite interesting.
Thanks.

There is no difference other than branding mark, they are extremely narrow/skinny and lightweight.  I've had three and only reason I sold them was because they are super skinny and I mean way way skinny.

Thanks for the input. I just looked it up - the rail for 556 is 1.34" inner diameter and I was thinking of a Superlative adjustable gas block for .750 which is 1.43" in  overall height - no go!

Heat up fast and really sensitive to wear (scratch, ding, etc) if that matters to you.

I have a superlative adjustable .750 block on my rev II and it works fine. It's tight but it does have clearance. It's the clamp type.

Edit: I checked both Fortis and superlative websites and somebody is off on their measurements. My bleed off  .750 clamp fits the rev II. I think Fortis is not including the top for the inter diameter. They probably measured across.

Yeah rail ID specs don't include the top section, so it would probably fit fine.

Thanks JBJR - looks like I am going with a Fortis Switch Rail.
