Good evening gents.
Make this short and sweet.
Building a rifle for a buddy of mine (his first rifle).
I'm looking for a 12" quad rail. Can anyone throw some suggestions on where to find a fairly well priced one. His budget is $800.
Help me out. Thanks

Careful what you say.  Changing a receiver to a rifle is manufacturing in the ATF's eyes with everything that goes along with it.  That is why your average gun shop cannot assemble lowers into rifles.  I am sure you mean you are giving it to him as a gift, or helping him do it himself.

I would look at the Larue or Daniel Defense.  You might find a good buy on the Equipment Exchange.
