Hey guys. I am guilding a "no compromise" lightweight AR. Aluminum gas block is out. They aren't reliable. What about a pinned Titanium gas block?

TIA!

I've had my V7 gas block for around 1500 rounds. No issues. I say do it!

In theory, the hotter the barrel is, the tighter the gas block will be. It should be harder than steel and also a higher melting point so therefore less erosion....
