Here are the pics and hope they came out. Sorry for the links but I still don't know how to imbed photos.

To summarize:

Upper: Aero Precision, BCM 16" mid range standard barrel, all upper parts are pretty much BCM including flash hider, FSB, gas tube, delta ring, barrel nut, DC and FA, BCM full auto bcg, gunfighter mod 4 charging handle.  Magpul mbus rear sight and magpul moe m-lok handguards.

Lower:

Complete Aero Precision carbine lower.

Notes:

Took handguards off this am to install the sling swivel. I opted for the rivet as I know have the tools.  Uses the roll pin punch to flare it and then flattened out.
Handguards were not as bad as I thought so not too much trouble.

I function tested it and everything seems to operate properly. Fit is very tight. But not surprising as both Aero receivers.

There is one minor concern.  The pivot and takedown pins are very stiff. I couldn't even get them in all the way the first time. After oiling again along with the holes of the upper they started going in a little better.  They move in and out fine on the lower, it's just when the upper is attached. I put my M&P upper on the lower and it went in fine. So the issue has to be with the pivot pin hole in the upper.   I can now push the takedown pin out by hand but the pivot pin still requires a plastic punch to start it. Once started I can pull it the rest of the way out. Putting upper/lower back together I can do both by hand but the pivot is still a good little snap.  Any thoughts? Is this normal for Aero? Or is it just the newness.  Is there something I can do to loosen up the livot hole?

On this last pic this is the bag the BCG came in. Can someone please tell me what that is? I have ordered plenty of bcg's and they never came with that seperate piece. All of the BCM bcg parts were together as expected.

Thanks in advance to all responses.

It should loosen up after you shoot a few hundred rounds through it.  At least that's what I would try first.

Looks like it came out nice. Cannot go wrong with BCM. For the photo pin being right I wouldn't worry too much about it. It will more than likely loosen up but right upper and lower isn't a bad thing IMO.

Thanks all for the nice comments. Seeing that it loosened up just from working with it I tend to agree on the improvement after shooting.  Hopefully Saturday.
