No, that's for the Index Pin Shearer model.

G used to have the Instructions download on their site.  

I need the paper/pdf instructions for this model:

It's hard to believe they charge so much for the index pin shearing feature.

I wish they would just discontinue the original Reaction Rod and only sell the Super Reaction Rod.
