Let me be the first to say, damn you do really nice work! From the parts selection to the color/finish that's a very nice rifle.

Nice work, I like the bronze color. The BCG is pretty cool too.

You had that titanium BC custom made? At first I thought Boomfab, but I see it has FA cuts in it.
You added those cuts? |

[#6]
Good Grief that is a sexy build. You always do goo work, but those parts are sweet.
Spike's new FCG? |

Love it!!!
Man you held on to that lower for a long time before starting!!! Thanks again for the business. Ryan |

Damn that's a nice looking set up. The burnt bronze on the 2A upper and lower look really nice.

Please report back on this trigger after you have put a couple hundred down range. I have been tempted by it, but at this point I have extras and don't "really" need it. I know you have a metric ton of ARs, so I am not expecting a quick range report |

Nice looking build.
I prefer the longer rail, but I wonder how much weight you'd save by going with a shorter rail. May not work out exceptionally well with a longer gas system. I don't know enough about light weight builds and gas requirements. I'd assume that longer gas systems would be more reliable and less finicky with buffers and the light bolt carrier. How to you go about matching a buffer to a light weight carrier group? Just thinking out loud here, not critiquing the build. |

View Quote The rail is really light coupled with a titanium barrel nut I highly doubt a shorter rail would give a difference in weight. As for the buffer, it can be done a few ways. I own a lot of different buffers, so I start with a heavy and start testing going lighter until I reach the proper weight to get consistent cycling. There have been times in the past when a carbine buffer was too heavy and I had to remove some weight from it even(dissemble buffer and remove one of the weights). |

I'm early in a build and have been kicking around the idea of burnt bronze. This might have sealed it for me because yours looks great.
I don't quite think I'm ready to do my own Cerakote yet maybe for the next build. |

Outstanding work. Function AND Form. One of these days I'll shoot for a LW build... Looking at a project like this certainly helps push me along.
