I'm looking for a gas block for my Wilson barrel.  The details on the barrel say it takes a .750 by .950 block. I found one that is .750 x .920 and one that's .750 x 1" does the .920 have to be exact? I know the .750 does.

No.  I use YHM lopro GBs on my builds.  They are secured with setscrews.

As above, you are good.  I like to use set screw if the barrel is dimpled and clamp on if not...
