In April of 2013 Featly Arms began taking donations through RocketHub and there was also a group buy organized through AR15.com. To this point I have not been able to get in touch with Fealty, they have not responded to any of my phone calls or emails.
Has anyone received any of the 80% lowers as a result of their contribution, can anyone offer any information on Fealty? Mods - if this is the incorrect forum please feel free to move, thanks. |

Have any of these rocket hub deals ever come through as promised?

No, and I have not gotten any of their spam for several months now.
It used to be full of reasons why the work was delayed, and just one more hurdle to overcome.... Now, nothing. |

I was smart enough to buy into the RocketHub stuff, 3 times.
Only one came through, and that was for a 10/22 blank. - Precision Arms MFG - And they promptly addressed a minor problem, so GTG, IMHO The two AR styles were a bust - Sierra Nevada, and Pebble Creek. Knew it was a gamble, but have spent a lot more on a lot less. Still hurts, not getting a kiss first. |

They have a facebook page and posted there on the New Year.
Try leaving some hints there. |

I'm still waiting on fealty. No emails in a month or two from them.
Sierra Nevada Arms came through for me with some sub par 80's. Most guys didn't get anything.

I got in on the Northwest Custom Precision rocket hub campaigns.
I received my uppers and jigs (308 and ar15). Still waiting on 80% lowers ans barrels. Sent a few emails asking for updates but no answer. |

Fealty Arms (Jesse Frick & Nate Jackson) have not replied to a single email or phone call from me in almost two years. I have tried to contact them over a dozen times. They even had the balls to ask for more money but failed to even give directions on how to send the money to them. When I called, emailed and contacted them via their facebook page about this impasse they didn't reply. Go figure.
In all seriousness, there is no place for Fealty Arms in the firearms community. Stay clear of this company by all means necessary. Until they show me otherwise these guys are bad news. If the other 897 suckers (aka contributors) would like the contact info, here it is. Fealty Arms LLc Jesse Frick & Nate Jackson www.FealtyArms.com [email protected] (623) 252-2165 1300 S Litchfield Rd A1300 Goodyear, AZ 85338-1513 PS. they raised nearly $140,000.00 on the kindness and trust of idiots like myself and they cant reply to an email. swell dudes. I do two lowers as a contributor. I tried to keep abreast of when they would be shipped on Facebook and as all knows that was a waste. I'm disappointed in how they treated everyone after the money was paid! This is what makes it hard for honorable business to get help like this. I ended up with KE ARMS lowers that worked great.

[#13]
I got in two RH projects- I got a great upper receiver from northwest precision and nothing from pebble peak.
|
|
[#14]
I contributed to Fealty Arms for one lower and have not received it. I saw on their FB page that a few of the customers were posting pictures of finished builds. I figure the money went for them to buy some equipment and their buddies are the ones posting pictures of lowers. Most of their posts on FB are from another contributor (sucker) that was trying to help them out and not from the owners themselves.
I have an Anderson 80% that I'll be doing soon, so I'll still be able to accomplish what I set out to do. |

Nothing sent my way either. Got in on 2, Fealty and Sierra Nevada. Oh well. Guess I'll just stick with TM.

same same, except i'm doubly blessed with Fealty and Pebble Peak.

Organized through ar15.com? Says who? I don't think it was a group buy, per se. There was a giant thread highlighting the campaigns, and now it's a giant thread highlighting the failures. Some folks put some serious money into those, and got burned. I just lost 2 lowers, 1 from each campaign, and I can't actually remember which two companies they were. |

Crowdfunding is the latest new way to fleece the American Consumer. There are a lot of startups who really do intend to deliver the goods - and yet here we are discussing the failures.
In the real world of business, 90% fail in less than ten years. Why would crowdfunding be any different? Anyone who invests even $20 in it and doesn't get the product - well, nobody was holding a gun to your head. You believed the hype and have no one else to blame. That's how scams work. You have to be a willing participant with your own self interest the focus, not how you are gong to be taken. If you didn't see it coming, you simply aren't mature enough to participate. Having been scammed on ebay for over $145 on three separate deals, would I expect a crowdfund project to be a guaranteed delivery? Some people need to wake up - crowdfunding was noted as being a great way to get something for nothing years ago, and it's becoming a topic for the daily newspapers, too. http://pando.com/2013/06/30/thieves-and-scams-the-problem-with-crowdfunding/ It WILL get worse until it gets oversight and there is jail time attached to failure. http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/wireStory/federal-regulators-crowdfunding-scam-31688697 A 30% follow thru rate on wearable electronic tech: http://www.crowdcrux.com/red-flags-to-avoid-crowdfunding-scams-and-con-artists/ And we though evilbay was bad. I like the projects as much as anyone - but I'm not buying in up front. There are others who can gamble the money. it's like hiring an escort - you receive services and then pay. Offering money up front to meet you later? Are you kidding me? Even an old married guy who never would know better. Read the tells and work with crowdfunders who have delivered. Otherwise, it's a crap shoot. |

The only two people who approve any kind of group buy on this site are myself and Striker, and we only approve group buys from dealers on site and there's no way we would have approved this anyway. One of the owners did post here without permission and I e mailed him

From Facebook
</a> Alright, just got an update from Nate. Some bad stuff has happened and Fealty Arms was forced out of the shop to manufacture. However, Fealty Arms is looking for a new shop and to get all of the equipment fixed and are not giving up on their dream. The bosses will keep fighting and working hard. There should be an email update being sent out in the next few days. Those who accuse Fealty of being a scam, or other such things will be banned from the page. I'm just here to pass word. If you have suggestions about where to get space for machinery at a reasonable price, etc ... let me know and I'll pass those on to the bosses. -G |
